Yes. Every tier is a one-time lifetime purchase that includes lifetime updates — no subscriptions, no recurring billing, no hidden fees. Once you buy a product you have access to it permanently, and to the updates that follow it.

By email. Every tier includes email support, and the addresses are in the site footer and in section 14 of our Terms of Service — one for general questions, one for legal and Terms questions. Our public code lives on GitHub at github.com/thinkcodeship, so GitHub Issues is the other place to reach us.

Absolutely! ThinkCodeShip is designed to be a starting point, not a closed platform. You have full access to the source code and can modify anything to match your specific requirements. That's the whole point - ship faster by starting from a solid foundation.

There are two stacks — SvelteKit + Phoenix and SvelteKit + Ruby on Rails — each in a MINIMAL and a FULL edition. MINIMAL at $100 gives you one template of your choice, with a Payments Architecture Guidebook instead of built-in payments. SINGLE at $250 gives you one template with payment integration and internationalization included. STANDARD at $420 and PRO at $550 both cover all templates across the two stacks.

Gumroad. Products are sold and delivered through Gumroad, which handles payment processing under its own terms of service, and every checkout link on this site points at thinkcodeship.gumroad.com. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

The templates support Docker containers, Kamal for zero-downtime deployments, traditional VPS setups, and cloud platforms, and ship deployment guides for popular hosting providers. ThinkCodeShip itself runs the same way: the SvelteKit frontend is containerized and deployed by Dokploy from Woodpecker CI, with the Phoenix backend self-hosted alongside it.

They are pre-built prompts and workflows that make an AI coding assistant understand your stack instantly, and every tier includes them alongside the AI agents and the guidebook. They are proven across dozens of shipped projects, which is what lets a request like 'add Stripe to SvelteKit' work on day one instead of turning into a multi-day correction loop.

You may build applications on the templates for personal or commercial use, for your own products, for internal business applications, and for education and research. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves without authorization, and you may not reverse engineer or decompile the platform. Section 4 of our Terms of Service is the full Acceptable Use Policy.
